Enjoyable base for travelling to Puerto Morelos and sightseeing. Great location for Puerto Morelos, in the middle of the city. Also - right by an excellent cafe, and restaurants.

The location was perfect - just a walk to San Jose Catholic Parish. Besides, it was near restaurants and bars.

For the price we paid, we seemed like we got a great deal. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony and pool view. The location was perfect, with easy access to town and the beach. The staff, especially Daniela and Rayna, were friendly and cute, providing us with helpful recommendations and organizing excursions for us. a great value for our money.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by providing basic condiments like salt, pepper, sugar, and coffee.

with a marvellous location, it's a good price for this place. good to have a walk-in shower and bath sheets in the bathroom. accommodation is located in the centre of town close to artisans market.

There was a roll-in shower in the private bathroom.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and surrounded by amazing cafes and restaurants. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed - fully equipped kitchen, huge comfortable bed, great shower. We loved the little extras like the beach bag and towels, as well as the complementary coffee. Rayna, the host, was incredibly helpful and welcoming, offering us great advice and even arranging discounted excursions. The pool area was clean and inviting, and the overall service was top-notch. Definitely a place we would return to and recommend!

In our opinion, it's a perfect place for traveling to Puerto Morelos. You can use a fridge, coffee/tea making equipment and a sitting area. Spent time at Cantina Habanero relatively close to the apartment, they serve nice shots. No complaints, we will be back...

You can prepare your own meals in kitchen. Spacious rooms, they provide an electronic key card, coffee/tea making machines, and a satellite TV too...

amazing stay in puerto morelos! Kaam Accommodations exceeded my expectations. Super location, close to town and a short walk to the beach. Clean unit, with a convenient plunge pool and rooftop area for sunset watching. Great amenities including fully equipped kitchen and big comfy bed. Helpful host and airport transport. Will definitely return and recommend!

I've had studio suite with a balcony.

Stayed at a spacious and well-equipped apartment with lots of windows for great ventilation and natural light. the balcony was perfect for relaxing and drying beach clothes. the luxurious shower and comfortable bed made the stay even better. the hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly. the central location allowed easy access to everything.

We were absolutely blown away by the incredible location, spaciousness, cleanliness, and amazing amenities this accommodation had to offer! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality from Rayna. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The AC and fans kept us perfectly cool, and the shower had hot water and fantastic water pressure. We couldn't get enough of the stunning roof terrace, where we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets and breakfast. The little extras like complimentary coffee packets and a beach bag with towels were such thoughtful touches. The beach was just a short stroll away, surrounded by plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants. We truly appreciated the airport transport option offered by Rayna, which made getting to the accommodation a breeze. Rayna went above and beyond, offering great recommendations and even introducing us to a tour company owner for the best excursion prices. We loved browsing the small library of books in the office, and although we didn't get a chance to use the pool, it looked inviting and well-maintained. our experience was simply mind-blowing! The service was exceptional, the room was fantastic with strong wifi and AC, and the location was superb. Without a doubt, we would return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay.
